Turkish Cargo received Cargo Excellence Award in Katmandu

Maintaining its expeditious uptrend among the most prosperous air cargo carriers of the world, Turkish Cargo continues to be awarded thanks to its service of high quality it offers within 120 countries.

Turkish Cargo was granted with the 2017 Cargo Excellence Award by the members of the Association as part of the 23rd NEFFA (Nepal Freight Forwarder's Association) Cargo Day held in Katmandu, one of the most notable service points in Asia and the Far East.

Turkish Cargo won the NEFFA 2017 Excellence Award since it is the most favorite air cargo company in Katmandu and meets customer satisfaction based on its service concept.

Mr. Pratik Sharma, the executive of the General Sales Agent of Turkish Cargo in Katmandu, was presented with the certificate of high achievement and appreciation by Mr. Nanda Kishor Pun, the Vice President of Nepal, at the ceremony during which the representatives of the members of the FAPAA (Federation of Asia Pacific Air Cargo Associations), as well as the government officials of Nepal.

Turkish Cargo, ranking the second air cargo company having the largest capacity linking Katmandu to the world, transports mostly the products such as cotton products, handicraft products, carpets and apparel from Katmandu, from/to which it operates flights four days a week by making use of the cargo capacity of the Airbus A330-300 model passenger aircraft of Turkish Airlines, to the world.
The said award received by Turkish Cargo, which has been recently granted with the award of Air Cargo Carrier of the Year in Ghana, stands as a substantial acquisition with respect to country-wide recognition of its operational excellence and increasing the brand awareness at the market.
