CleanZone flooring is antimicrobial, washable, and suitable for pedestrian flows and light-wheeled traffic. Scientifically tested, it is proven to prevent 99.9% of foot and wheel-borne contamination, and 75% of airborne contamination from entering critical environments.
CleanZone flooring is available in an assortment of colors and can be installed in any custom size. This combined with several edging options, it allows CleanZone to fit the specific needs of your facility. CleanZone is perfect for any industry, including cleanrooms, hospitals, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
WorkZone flooring is the only effective contamination control solution for areas with heavy-wheeled traffic. It is specifically designed to attract, collect, and retain contamination from the wheels of forklifts, pallet trucks and large carts up to 90kg/cm2, preventing unwanted particles from entering critical areas.
WorkZone can be installed into a variety of heavy-duty areas and is available with a low profile of 3mm, food-grade stainless steel edging option to allow for wheeled traffic to easily move over the mat.
Floating Mats are loose-laid, antimicrobial mats, offering the same great benefits as our CleanZone flooring, without the need for permanent installation. A floating mat can be placed over smooth or rough subfloors with no need for professional installation and can be self-installed with ease.
Access Tiles are ideal where segmentation of flooring is required and is designed for facilities such as Data Centres. Dycem has two different styles of access tiles, inlaid and retro fit with a product lifespan of 3-5 years.
