Its service is enhanced by its comprehensive tracking system, which follows the product throughout the transport process to delivery notification. All products are imported into the company’s database and are allocated a unique number and storage location. Documents, such as MSDS sheets, COAs or other specific documents, can also be attached to this unique number.

Shipping boxes and freezers
Over the years, Cryo Store has been developing its own shipping boxes. These boxes are the result of its extensive experience of shipping temperature-sensitive products and are tested to comply with ISTA procedures on temperature behaviour. They are labelled according to international transport standards and can be personalised with individual company logos.
Until recently, these boxes were intended as an internal resource, designed to improve Cryo Store’s service to its clients. However, following increasing enquiries from companies about these boxes, Cryo Store has decided to enter the packaging industry. Companies that have seen these boxes, normally through receiving products packed in them, have been very impressed.
Cryo Store is now able to supply 2l–430l boxes for temperature-sensitive products and it can also design and test new boxes.
