Dash Solutions has introduced dashClinical, a payment solution that provides real-time, secure payments to clinical trial subjects globally.
The launch encompasses senior appointments and technological enhancements to support site networks, sponsors, clinical trial management system (CTMS) platforms, and clinical research organisations across 80 countries.
Dash Solutions asserted that subject retention and recruitment challenges directly affect trial completion rates as clinical trials expand internationally.
Outdated manual payment methods restrict the effectiveness of financial incentives. The solution addresses these obstacles by providing instant payments that enhance trial completion and subject retention.
Building on nearly ten years of experience with its original clinical trial payment solution, dashClinical incorporates digital payment enhancements including SpendIT technology and automatic alerts. This allows recipients to spend or transfer funds to their preferred account.
Dash Solutions CEO Stephen Faust said: “For nearly a decade, Dash Solutions has embedded within CTMS platforms and helped sites and site networks solve complex payment challenges in clinical trials.
“With dashClinical, we are delivering the digital capabilities, global reach and dedicated support that today’s increasingly complex trials demand.”
dashClinical enables subject payments through digital or physical reloadable cards, eliminating manually issued cheques and reimbursement delays.
The solution integrates with CTMS and electronic data capture tools, delivering real-time, compliant payments meeting SOC 2, HIPAA and financial-grade security standards.
CRIO customer experience vice-president Tony Sciucco said: “Dash Solutions has transformed our participant payment process, helping us achieve a more than 40% increase in trial completion rates in the past year.
“Real-time payments empower sites to manage participant stipends faster and more accurately, freeing staff to focus on study execution.”
